The principles of the quality policy of Weidling GmbH

Quality and resource-oriented working is the basis of our company. To meet these requirements, we have committed ourselves to complying with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 for quality management, DIN EN ISO 13485 quality management for medical devices as well as DIN EN ISO 14001 for environmental management. On this basis, we face the daily challenge of driving forward the continuous improvement process in all areas of Weidling GmbH. We measure ourselves against these comprehensive demands today as well as in the future. To be able to realize this overarching target on a sustainable and economic basis, appropriate and measurable quality and environmental goals are set, which will be announced to the responsible employees.

Compliance with legal regulations
We commit, to design the work processes in the company in such a way that they comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other current safety regulations.

Further education and support
We offer our employees a range of opportunities for their development through training and further education, so that their future tasks can be mastered. A special focus is here the initial training.
