With this process we can cut precise components for you quickly and cost-effectively, both in small and large quantities.

Method

Due to modern laser technology and the computer-controlled production process, this method allows a very high precision. The Weidling GmbH has modern machines that are conscientiously operated by qualified and motivated employees. In order to process your order, we need a file in one of these formats:

  • .CDR (Corel Draw)
  • .AI (Adobe Illustratrator
  • .EPS

Advantages

The advantages of this procedure are not only the accuracy, but also the high economic efficiency. No customer-specific tools are required. Therefore, the production of single pieces and small series can also be well processed.

Applications

The applications are extremely diverse and range from large industrial orders to model making. According to the customer’s technical specifications, the component is laser cut to an accuracy of one tenth of a millimetre. Due to the diversity of the process, even complicated designs and contours can be produced well.
